All spiritual products are hand blessed with the guidance of spirits we work with. We prioritize quality, intention, care and spiritual integrity in every product we create. Each item is made-to-order & not mass-produced, processing times vary between 1–4 weeks.

Non-spiritual items (such as jewelry or body care products without ritual work) are processed & shipped within 3–7 business days.

If your order contains both spiritual and non-spiritual products, the order will ship together once all items are ready unless otherwise discussed.

Domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

For custom work or  services, additional processing time may be required. You will be notified of any extended timelines when your order is placed.

Adorn Empress LLC is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages during transit. You should file a claim the courier.
